Visit the 2,000-acre James L. Goodwin State Forest, native wildlife garden, and nature center with your group. Students, scouts and campers can take part in the Goodwin Conservation Center’s educational ecology-based programs to learn about the natural world. In addition to nature programs, groups can enjoy recreational activities such as bicycling, boating, hiking, and cross-country skiing in the winter. Be sure to take a nature walk along the Forest Discovery Trail loop to see other nearby forest areas during your visit. Overnight accommodations are available for youth groups on-site.
