At the Maine Narrow Gauge Railroad Co. & Museum, campers can explore Maine’s railroad history. Campers learn about Maine’s unique system of two-foot gauge railroads, which operated from the 1880s to the 1940s, and were crucial to transporting goods and passengers. Campers can enjoy a train ride aboard a historic rail car, explore our exhibits and artifacts inside the museum, and even participate in our new scavenger hunt tour!
