Museum and White House of the Confederacy

The Museum and White House of the Confederacy provides visitors the chance to view artifacts, documents, and learn about all aspects of life during the Civil War. Guided programs are aligned with Virginia Common Core standards and delve into topics such as slavery, life on the homefront and battlefront, Civil War medicine, and more. The White House of the Confederacy is one of the American Civil War Museum’s three campuses where visitors can view thousands of military artifacts, domestic items, documents, photographs, and Confederate battle flags from the Civil War.
