The oldest law school in the country, the Tapping Reeve House and Law School takes groups on a journey through the life of a real student from the early 19th century through role-playing, hands-on areas, and interpretive exhibits. Part of the Litchfield Historical Society, the historic site features a meadow that has a Children’s Garden, an orchard, and more. Tours and educational programs are available for students, scouts, homeschoolers, and campers from mid-April through November.
